Villanova Wildcats’ Sheila Reid might be considered the surest thing in women’s distance running at the NCAA level.

The Newmarket woman was at it again Monday, putting up another vintage come-from-the-pack performance to win the NCAA cross-country championship in Terre Haute, Indiana.
If the 22-year-old member of the Newmarket Huskies makes it look easy, well, it is certainly no given.
